We cover some 480 complexes comprising more than 33 000 homes, including some of the largest Sectional Title communities in the country. Despite this extensive client base, our integrated financial and property management system - which runs off the SAP Business One platform - allows us to provide both staff and clients with access to real-time information on all our complexes and funds.

These documents are updated as every transaction is processed, and can be made available to Trustees immediately. We can also proactively review and manage clients' funds to ensure they are timeously invested in order to attract the best possible interest for their complex.
WHY CHOOSE PRETOR?Our staff have gained valuable knowledge and experience on the Companies Act, with key team members completing the UCT-accredited Graham Paddocks course on homeowners' associations. We have been instrumental in developing both Memorandum and Articles of Association, and more recently Memorandum of Incorporations of NPC’s, for our clients, each tailored to suit the specific requirements of their estates. We also have extensive experience in the administration of multi-use estates, with some of our larger estates comprising multiple Sectional Title complexes operating under the umbrella of a homeowners' association.
